[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Endowment of Queen Helen (of the Anjou) wife of Serbian King Uros I. It is located 20 km north from Raska and was built in the 13th century. The church is predominantly in the style of the autochthonous Raska school, though with certain Gothic elements.

Manastir Gradac je udaljen 25 km od Raške i nalazi se na padinama planine Golije (12 km zapadno od srednjovekovnog grada Brvenik na Ibru). Manastir je zadužbina kraljice Jelene Anžujske, žene kralja Uroša I. Gradac je danas jedan od najatraktivnijih srpskih srednjovekovnih kulturno-istorijskih spomenika.

Beautiful shot of the monastary and well situated. The greens really set the subject offr. The shadows from the clouds on the hills are quite pretty.
