Paraćinska crkva Svete Trojice nalazi se u samom centru grada, na levoj obali reke Crnice.
Izgradnju današnje crkve paraćinska opština započela je 1862. godine.
Crkva je imala toranj na zapadnoj strani, sagrađen na samim crkvenim zidinama. 1864. godine, kada je crkva već bila sazidana, došlo je do urušavanja tornja, što je izazvalo rušenje čitavog krova, tako da su od celokupne građevine ostali samo zidovi. 1893. godine ponovo se krenulo sa dograđivanjem crkve i tornja uz nju.
Za taj posao kao preduzimač angažovan je, izvesni Palerini, poreklom Italijan.
Palerini je usred gradnje napustio posao oko zidanja hrama.
Za nastavak radova angažovan je, 1897. godine, inženjer Miroslav Pavlović iz Požarevca, po planu beogradskog arhitekte Jovana Ilkića.
Crkva je završena 1898. godine, a 6. juna 1899. godine osvetio je Mitropolit srpski, g. Inokentije, za vreme vladavine kralja Aleksandra Obrenovića. Hram je posvećen Svetom trojstvu: Bogu ocu, Bogu Sinu i Bogu Duhu Svetom, pravoslavni praznik, slava je crkve i grada Paraćina.
Crkva, kao građevina, predstavlja spoj nekoliko različitih stilova. U osnovi je srpsko-vizantijski stil sa jednim velikim kubetom. Zvonara je spojena sa crkvom i pripada romanskom stilu. Unutrašnjost crkve je u stilu baroka. Drvena konstrukcija ikonostasa je rad stolara Vlajkovića iz Beograda, a ikone na njemu su rađene u Rusiji.
U toku Prvog svetskog rata, paraćinska crkva je bila izložena bombardovanju i oštećenjima. I za vreme Drugog svetskog rata na crkvi su bili polupani prozori od eksplozije vojnih magacina. Spoljašnost crkve je nekoliko puta obnavljana, poslednji put 1985. godine. Unutrašnjost, osim manjih intervencija, ostala je ista. U crkvenoj porti postoji zajednička grobnica od deset grobova sa istočne strane crkve, gde su sahranjeni osnivači i graditelji crkve. U pravcu nove sale je spomenik podignut 1922. godine.
Posvećen je oslobodiocima grada Paraćina, poginulim 1918. godine.

Church, as a building, a blend of several different styles. Basically, the Serbian-Byzantine style with one large dome.
Bell is connected with the church and belongs to the Romanesque style.
The church interior is in baroque style. Wooden structure of the iconostasis is the work of carpenters Vlajković from Belgrade, and the icons on it are made in Russia. During World War II, Paraćinska church has been exposed to the bombing and damage. And during the Second World War on the church windows were shattered by the explosion of military warehouses. Exterior of the church was rebuilt several times, the last time the 1985th year.
The interior, except for minor interventions, remained the same.
In the churchyard there is a common graves of the ten tombs on the east side of the church, where they buried the founders and builders of the church.
Towards a new hall is a monument erected in the 1922nd year.
It is dedicated to the liberators of Paracin, killed the 1918th year.
