Hallo Bratislav!
Dem Militär stehe ich sehr sehr differenziert gegenüber und gerade in Deinem Teil der Welt ist ja in letzter Zeit viel gekämpft und viel Leid angerichtet worden - und man beobachtet sich immer noch argwöhnisch und feindselig. Wofür, warum ...?!
Dein wirklich nicht alltägliches Foto auf jeden Fall ist sehr interessant - aber es macht mir eine Gänsehaut.
Grüße aus dem jetzt leider endgültig herbstlichen Siegen!

The diagonal axis of the soldiers adds good dynamism. Superb sharpness & the officer with th cap & grey uniform nicely breaks the pattern with the green berets & camouflage attire. Tfs!

A scene of life very well collectd. The POV well selectd give a greta depht to the image. I like especially the funny contrasts between the attitude of the officer and the attitudes of the another soldiers.

I was also soldier for my military service, I know very well how this all work!
I like especially the funny contrasts between the attitude of the officer and the attitudes of the another soldiers.

Maybe you know, some people call those days "the bridge between normal men and mad man" :)
I am happy that i completed my military before getting mad. Thankfully I was a man before it and i am still a man after it. Not all of us are so lucky.

je ne suis pas fan des photos militaires, elles n'évoquent que des souvenirs mauvais, ces guerres d'intérets. Mais c'est un sujet 100% TE et il est traité avec beaucoup de soin et de qualités techniques.

Hi Braca, this is a very interesting composition. Photos of countries armies always intrigue me, because no matter what country they are from, there seems to be a similarity. Have a look at a recent photo of KSChanna which is of a Pakistani regiment and you'll see what I mean: pride, discipline (and quite nice to look at for us girls too :)) TFS and have a good weekend, Lisa.

This capture yours reminds me of the initiation ceremonies of the tribes ... as you well say, when the boy becomes a man ... in some tribes that change occurs when the man "killed", the lion or other animal .. . in other tribes when viewed able to do it ... in any case we are still tribes ...

I see that Serbian Army have uniform not that different from the Russian one. Good luck for the boys and and let them serve peacefully, but if something nasty will happen - let them be brave and professional, that's what I can wish for the guys on the photo!
Lot of mixed reaction to this photo, I'm sure. But it's a great one - for those who aware that our world are not kind, not gentle and actually quite dangerous place still - and always will be.
