Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken during the MEDCAP (Medical Cooperative Assistance Program) in a small village named Slatina/Sllatine in Kosovo/Kosova. It was a day when KFOR soldiers/medical teams, Kosovo Protection Corps (referred to as the "TMK,") and local doctors were helping local people. Many, many family members brought their children in for care; such as this elderly man who was being guided to the next medical station.
Our interpreter is the one who introduced me to TrekEarth. He is a professional photographer in Kosovo. His name is Jeton. His user name for TrekEarth is bondsteel. This is a link to some of his fabulous photos:
