Photographer’s Note

Situated on the bank of the Danube river,Novi Sad is the capital city of Vojvodina province.
Called as "Serbian Athens", Novi Sad's old town is know by its mainly baroque,neoclassical buildings and churches. Novi Sad is also a lively university town with several museums and cultural programs.
Novi Sad's main tourist attraction is the Petrovaradin citadel,which was built in the 17th century. The fortress functions today is also a site for 88 art studios of Novi Sad-based painters and sculptors,and the venue of EXIT, the biggest music festival in Serbia and also one of the most important cultural event in Central and Eastern Europe.

this is really a fine and well achieved composition. I like how the fortress emerges from the dark and the fine reflections on the river. A smart and pleasant photo.
