Vrsac is located 85 km from Belgrade. It lies in the Vrsacki breg valley and it is only 14 km far from Romanian border. Vrsac has a very favorable geo-strategic location.

The town lies on international road Belgrade – Timisoara. The road border crossing Vatin is just a few kilometers far from the town, while railway border crossing is in the town, at the Railway station.
