Photographer’s Note
Petrovaradin's fortress is being recognized as a symbol of Novi Sad. It rises on the right bank of river Danube. This clock at fortress is interesting because it works in the opposite way from the other clocks - the big hand shows the hours and the smaller one shows minutes. This was done so the citizens of Novi Sad and the shippers traveling along on the Danube could see the time from a long distance.
