This is a typical old serbian ethno-house. I found it near "ibarska magistrala", the road which goes through central serbia.

It´s some kind of ethno-restaurant and the best thing is, that you can only order typical traditional serbian meals in old bowls with traditional white bread and typical serbian salad. There is no pepper because in former times they did not have such things.
They cook the soup in a big pot in front of you over an big kind of campfire.

Everywhere on the walls you have old pictures of the former serbian kings and of all the christian patrons. the whole house was build of wood.
Inside there is no electric light, they have only candles and campfires.

I really enjoyed the romantic atmosphere there. I think it says more about our culture than any museum in belgrade or somewhere.
