Belgraders
Living in Belgrade is not so easy. To be a true Belgrader you must possess the following qualities: speed, skill, patience, agility ...
All this and much more you need to survive all temptations you can expect from the, very often, brutal capital. Real Belgrade residents you can meet everyday on the streets, there are several thousands of them, they are Belgrade stray dogs without a home, general population known as - wanderers.
Some people pretend not to see them, and some, however, notice them too much and would most like they don't exist. To disappear.
They don't appear suddenly, according to some evidence, they have always been residents of this city - they roamed the streets looking for food, shelter, and little attention while Belgrade was under Ottoman empire.
It's never been easy to be a Belgrade dog, not a couple of hundred years, and even today. They are where they are "due" unconscionable Belgraders and survived with the help of some other Belgrade citizens. Many are trying to get rid of them, in one way or another, but they are still there - somehow they find their way.
Because they are true Belgraders.

Hello Boris - I like how you've done this, with the dog herself appearing in perfect focus and beautiful light, ready to spring into action as the 'real Belgrader' here, while the people behind are blurred into the BG. Great shadows and light here. Thanks!

Zdravo Boris. Dobar rad. Pozdrav. Klaudio.
