Hello Andreea,

Interesting that people are allowed to park their cars on the sidewalks. I like the image because is very dynamic with the road curving to the right and the few cars on it. Nice architecture in this place. I imagine this is a vibrant part of the city at night as well. The image is well composed and the light provide good colours and details. Thanks Andreea.

Hello Andreea,
nice this snapshot of the daily life in the streets of Bucharest.As i see there are not so many cars in the street,but some of them are on the pavement and make the life of the walkers difficult.I wonder how was parked the left one on the pavement instant of the little columns.The same phenomenon there is in Athens when a lot of cars parked in places that is forbidden.

Time to look in your gallery again!
This is the first street scene I have seen from Bucharest. I like the way you have composed this with the gentle curve of the street and the colour of the vehicles and advertisements. It's interesting to see the cars parked on the footpath, making life difficult for the pedestrians. As in many European cities, people will park anywhere!

BTW, Calea is very similar to the Spanish 'calle', meaning street. Same origins in Latin.

Hi Andreea!
That's the most important thing here in this site, in my opinion: knowing the world we live in through photography!
It's good to see again places we have visited, but it's even better seeing places we haven't been to and find them very interesting places to be visited!
I haven't been to Bucharest and through your photos I know a bit of it and get really interested in knowing it personally!
