As the legend has it, Dionysus, the God of wine, was born in the northern part of Thracia, north of the Danube River. This region was named Dacia Felix (Happy Dacia) after it was conquered by the Romans in 106 A.D. Grapes were one of the riches of this land. Centuries prior to the Roman occupation, Dacia had a well-established wine culture. On the land of former Dacia, a new people evolved, and a new country appeared (Romania), but the grape cultivation and wine making was taught from generation to generation.

Reading the notes and viewing the shot I can smell grapes.
Beautiful presentation. Thought the shot belongs to Trek Lens more than TE, but the notes cahnge the direction of the wind, back again to TE. This is the power of words.
Well done ...both with the shot and with the words.

This is an excellent wine pouring photograph. It looks like this was taken in the studio. Very nice photo with excellent technique. An interesting historical narrative as well. "Two thumbs up" for this photo!

Mai ce rau esti. Asa pofta i-mi faci cu imaginea aceasta...ce are un bun POV, lumina si contrast.
Parca si simt aroma vinului ce se scurge in pahar... :)

That's an ingenious way you have accompanied picture and note.
I have never tried a romanian red wine before. Now I'm curious to do so, thanks to your presentation.
Well captured and nicely framed.

Razor sharp focus and your depth of field really makes it pop. It makes me want to get up and get a drink for sure. Very well done.

Un sfat : mai fa o poza dar de data aceasta foloseste un pahar "adevarat" de vin ! Cel pentru vin rosu este mai bombat si cu picior mai inalt.Pe mine m-a zgariat pe retina paharul pe care l-ai folosit. In rest, nimic de obiectat.
astept poza :)
