This is what the little hunter was actually looking at.
I decided to reveal the second part of last night's story rather than make another child portrait attempt.

The shot was taken outside a country side house. Before entering the house one steps onto a traditional porch (with some not so traditional cement steps). One or more cats are very common around the house in rural areas, in part as actual pets but more importantly for keeping the rodents away.

Hi Iulian,

even though they are just "employed" as hunters, the children love them as pets. The photo itself is funny - and also the colors are fine (green and orange)

am vazut-o de ieri,azi o comentam,tu stii cat iubesc eu matzele..si ,asta-i o scena care mie imi aduce aminte de la tara,din Braila,cand mergeam in vacantze..matza vroia in casa,al mic a innebunit pe toata lumea cu ocheanu' lui...nice moment!
