This is a piece of Vest University of Timisoara, a strange building. ( The blue strip is the sky :) )

Very nice geometrical compostition!

The waves and the repeating shapes make a nice contrast.

best,
anton

I like the composition and the colours here. I also enjoy taking photos of buildings from different angles and this image works quite well.

nicely shot!

Why is it that simple (not easy!) compositions like this stand out?
Maybe because it makes the mind think differently about something familiar. Seeing the world in a different way.
Thanks,

Good mixture of straight lines, shapes and curves and good contrast of the monochrome colours of the concrete and the blue sky.

Well spotted. I like the different shapes you have found here, with the perfect blue of the sky.

Definitely a most interesting shot, especially when you consider it shows the side of a building, not its top!
I've always felt that keeping your eyes open for a different perception is a wonderful asset for photography and your demonstration is quite eloquent. Thanks for seeing, Valentin... ;-)
I also created a theme, Exploring shapes and colours and would like to add your picture in it, if that's ok with you. Usually, TrekEarthers don't ask permission for that kind of operation, but I respect too much my own posts to "grab" someone else's pictures into something they might not want to be associated with; adding a picture to a theme sure shows some appreciation, but it's also a form of appropriation...
More to come, I hope! ;-)

Domnu' Valentin, nota 10+!
Super chestia.

Beautiful graphic shot. The concrete interplay of shapes is impressive. It seems typical of the communist period, am I right? Very, very nice. Well seen! Well captured!
