The Serb Orthodox Episcopal palace is one of the most beautiful buildings in Timişoara. The building's ground stone was put in 1745, during the time of the Serb bishop from Timişoara, Gheorghe Popovici. Initially, the building was simple, unobtrusive, built in Byzantian style.It was embellished much later with the rich bas-relief, which can still be admired today. Above the port can be seen the emblem of the Serb Orthodox bishopric from Timişoara. The palace has been and is a real centre of faith and of the Orthodox culture.

Frumos, au cladiri impresionante. Pacat ca le cuceresc conlocuitorii astia nesuferiti.

Bonjour Lonut,
beaucoup de lumière dans cette scène et surtout bien distribuées,bien équilibrées. Des verticales pesque droites sans trop de distorsion de perspective.
Un endroit bien cadrée avec ce vert dessous et bleu dessus, qui colorent bien la scène.

I really like Timisoara,
P. Unirii with the beautiful architecture of this enchanting place.
Every building here is a piece of art.
By me..... a little too sharp and exposed photo,
disappeared texture from the walls of the Palace!
