Photographer’s Note
This image was shot at the Village Museum in Sibiu, Romania. This museum is quite unique. The official name of the Museum is now "The Traditional Civilization Museum ASTRA". The museum is located just 4km outside the city of Sibiu and it streches out on 96 hectars.
The Museum was created begining with 1963, as a continuation of another traditional museum which functioned between 1905-1950. If you choose to visit the Museum, you will find over 300 historic buildings, stretching across around 10km of alleys.
The museum exhibits traditional houses, painting, tools, hardware and many other items.
This image was shot in Infra Red and it shows a 18th century watermill.
