Another view of the headwaters of the picturesqe upper Barcau river in the autumn coloured hills of sothern Salaj county. The Barcau river flows from it's source here into Hungary where it's known as the Berettyo and then on into the Tisa.

such a wonderful autumn-shot! :-) the colors are amazing as well as the nice sunlight shining on the scene - what i really like
though is the smooth "waterfall" due to the 1s exposure time, great idea and well done! best wishes, thor.

Hello Steve and Ioana,
A wonderful picture. We see a lot of them these days, but here the light is really excclent exposed. The play between the yellow and greens is truly wonderful. and as a small bonus those two tiny waterfalls...how nice.
I really like this one, a very original and bright looking picture...well done.

Here I like especially the wonderful buildup of the photo which "draws" the eyes into this valley. Autumn can't be more beautiful! This picture truly shows autumn at it's best! A photo to look at on the other days of autumn ...Greetings from autumnal grey and rainy Germany!

The lighting and colors are outstanding here! Your composition is great using the stream to lead the eye through the photo. The long exposure worked well for you here giving the moving water a nice silky look and giving nice DOF in the shot. You managed to frame the stream nicely with the brightly colored trees.

Beautiful landscape, Great composition and fantastic depht of field. Perfect use of the slow shutter speed to capture the flow, but still the strongest part are these magnificent autumn colours. congratulations!

I've just been looking at your stunning autumn shots. This one is superb, with the capture of the water just perfect. Marvellous sunlight and amazing colours. The eye is drawn into the photo by the river, and then finds another smaller waterfall - marvellous.

Hello Hamiltons,

Yet another astounding work of art. You can not appreciate changing seasons like this in northern Australia, one of the few downsides. So thank you for showing me this. The duo of waterfalls is a delight to see! The subtle side-lighting, filtering through the golden foliage is magical. The green and gold contrast well against one-another and the silky water adds that peaceful element. Such beautiful imagery. Well done on this great collection.

A lovely peaceful atmosphere with a nice effect achieved in the slow water. The colors are sharp and maybe a bit to much contrast are added? But overall a magnificent photo..
