Photographer’s Note

Alas, the autumn this year was short lived. Here at the end of the season the first snow has arrived. It still provided the opportunity for some lovely wintery scenes. What a diffrence 2 weeks makes. Enjoy.

ahhh winter has arrived, the chance for interesting photographic oppertunities! pity there isnt that much snow here in Britain yet!

Hola,
it gives a very special atmosphere this picture. With the narrow road in the middle of the forest. I like a lot the contrast colours, between black and white. Also the composition is interesting, giving a lot of place to the snow, and not only to the trees.

It's hard to shoot in a forest, and yet you manage to find and show depth and perspective. I like how the path finds its way through the trees.
Are you guys coming to Moeciu?

It's interesting what some cm of snow do to a landscape, from being a multicolored earth tinted enviroment it dramaticly goes BW amd becoming a graphic pattern with totaly other demands than before.
The light doesn't play the same part, but the track of a road has suddenly an other meaning.
