A view straight down from the top of the Gothic tower at Sighisoara, doing the tourist thing.
Interesting that even when it's just we tourists, not everyone sees things the same way. Here, everyone has a focus of their own.
By the way, to give some context to the title (and the guy's shirt): The spot they are standing is directly in front of home where Vlad Tepes was born. Vlad Tepes' father was known as Dracul, or Dragon. Therefore Vlad was known as Dracula, "Son of the Dragon". Real man and fictional character's stories nothing alike, but he did seem to inspire the author Bram Stoker to write the novel.
In the classic original movie, the character was played by Bela Lugosi.

I don't know why, but I like this. People looks to all directions and busy with their own businesses. Also the variety amongst people's age is unique as well. Maybe a bit dark.

People in all direction and ....stones too, if you noticed.
It is indeed, not only a useful note, but an interesting picture.

Hi Clifton, A nice PoV in taking this picture. The busy social scene is well captured. I like the composition with the chair diagonally placed in this picture. A well taken picture with clarity and sharpness.

Hi Cliff. It's funny it seems like when I expect you to do a b/w you go and do the complete opposite! :) I would have thought you'd have a field day with the people and stone street. At least this place looks less creepy in color! Nicely done Cliff.

An interesting scene, portrayed from above and capturing these people in natural pose. I don't know if tourists are all wearing black these days, but they certainly seem to fit in well with the Dracula theme with their manner of dress - one would almost think they are part of a Dracula movie set! I like the nice touch of the touristy postcards etc. and orange bench for enhancement. Well captured, Cliff.

The perspective makes this shot outstanding.
I like the contrast between the black dressed group and the women in red on top.

Very cool, whimsical shot, Cliff. I like the mod, the disparate destinies below, and your excellent notes. Very nice capture. Cheers, Francis

Great POV to depict all people on the street nicely textured, light conditions were very hard, I like that one colored dress on top and the red bench, Nikon is very sensitive to red.

I always thought i had written to this shot - I remember seeing it ages ago!!
Well i think this is great - I love the geometry of the figures across the picture - the great contrasty background and the great postural moments and interactions - a really nice ensemble cast image!
best wishes Kev
