Photographer’s Note

I`m back with another photo from the Retezat Mountains. In the picture is the Bucura I peak reaching 2433 reflected in the mirror of the clean water of Bucura Lake. The summit can be climbed starting from the base camp at Bucura Lake. You can continue your journey to the pyramid of Retezat, the Retezat peak, following the marked trail. On the summit you have a great view over the whole Retezat Mountains and you can observe the principals peaks. Take your backpack and come in the Retezat National Park!

Hi Alexandru,

Vry good shot, the composition is really good. The way the reflection of the mountain unites with the silhouette of the rocks under the water create a really good effect!
