Photographer’s Note

This is a landscape from Retezat Mountains in Romania. The Retezat mountains is an amazing place. In this area was created a national park, including a scientifical zone. This park must be protected because it is a part of biosphere and the heritage of the Earth. Also it was included in the PAN Parks-Protected Area Network, which means a huge surface of 250 000 ha between Artic Ocean and Mediteranean Sea. In fact, Retezat Mountains is the home of many species of plants and animals. It can be considered one of the seven wonders of the world.

Welcome on TE . With a beautiful first picture . The POV is excellent . We can see the details of the rocks in the clear water . A good an interesting note , too .
