I love those textures as they peep from behind the darkness and struggle to survive! Those gentle splashes of colour and the human form. This one indeed is a poetry through the camera Horatiu. Vivid. Spell binding and wonderful

Hello Horatiu,
Some very pleasing tones and textures in this composition. The woman is well placed in the frame and seems much lost in her thoughts. The panoramic format works well on the whole but means part of the woman's legs are lost.

Haoratiu: wow, I'd be really interested in what you doing with the PP these days? I like it but can't explain exactly. There's a real 'proletarian grey' to the whole thing - with the film noire grain and color.... Unique to you it would seem. best, c

Hello Hratiu
Un très bon traitement qui inspire bien un sentiment de solitude, un image un peu "noire" mais belle avec cette lumière qui accroche bien les pierres en arrière plan.
Du bon travail!!
Amicalement
Hervé

Horatiu,
A nice street catch, as always, with pleasant mood and a telling story picture.
Nice job,
Regards,
JB.

cre k pp face 70% din pozele tale..dc nu era pp asta poza nu era asa puternica..chiar daca este oarecum simpla si fara un subiect anume...si POv-ul este bine aranjat:)

Hi Horatiu,

I'm glad to see again a ray of light in your capture. It creates most marvelous ambient with walls glowing and giving warm atmosphere with this lovely old lady illuminated by her edges. And I really like her coat goins so perfectly with surroundings, full of geometrical patterns. Simply beautiful.

Kisses,
Jeri

I would prefer to take it in B&W. And with woman not looking straight into the lenses... But, nevertheless... let it be...
Regards.

i like the desaturation here horatiu, and the smile on her face... i wish her feet wouldnt have been cut but who cares... still a good job... cheers... korkut

Good point : the lady is watching you and smiling.

Walls and people are the attractive matter.
But all depends of the way we are watching...
And I think you have to change a little your POV...
I think is almost always the same way in your photographs....
And if you made something other, with the same elements, people and stones ?

Another thing : why do you show here, too different houses ?
Just one could be enough, in my opinion, and we could see more of this beautiful lady...

Best regards. Grazyna.

Cher Horatiu,

Hi Horatiu,
It's a weird framing with panoramic view though for a short distance shot. Strange choices but interesting. The pic looks like an extract from 70's movie. It's not only the noise that makes the ancient effect but also the colors! cold, almost neutral but still there like testimonials of struggling life underneath...
I love the sharpness and the grain (here they're not opposed but complementary). Very efficient.
And of course what makes it work fine is the woman smiling at you ;)
Very well done!
All the best,
Pris.
