A good capture of this violinist with a sparkle in his eyes and a look of sadness about him. The pose is as good as his face. I like the sombre tones that fit the mood well.

Salut Horatiu,
quels yeux, quel regard scintillant, plein de vie...le titre va à merveille avec la photo; j'aime beaucoup le contraste entre le violon tout lisse et le visage ridé, marqué du violoniste. Plein d'ambiance, et belles couleurs en nuances. So you did it, ask...congratulations!

Hi Horatiu,

marvelous portrait! Silent face with so much to say. But I would disagree. I do not see passion in his eyes, I see distant view with distant thoughts of sadness... This eyes...I can hear his sad hearth braking violin music, tearing my soul apart...The voice of despair, the voice of longing for world without prejudice, the voice of begging for some mercy...for respect. If he was in a concert hall everybody would applaud him...here..maybe he will get a cent or two...

seen many many photos of street performers, including violinists...but this one grabbed my heart in full! this one tells the real story, about the real musician and his real music...this one is so beautiful in its realism that i am convinced it will stay long in my mind...

Bonjour Horatiu
Je vois que tu n'as pas encore publié ta photo du jour alors je m'en vais commenter celle-ci...
J'aime le regard de ce violoniste notamment ces deux petits reflets brillants qui donne, à mon sens, toute la force à ta composition..... J'aurais peut-être laissé un peu plus de place pour le mur sur la droite, mais c'est un détail...
