Ghetari, a photo from Alba, West

Photographer's Note

Near by the Scărişoara Ice Cave you find the small village Ghetari. A typical village of the Apuseni Mountains.

You can't take machines like you see on the picture for granted in this area. In my back you find the only house with a shower in this village.

I like the silence in the Apuseni Mountains. Regular you hear just some tourist to come up the mountain to see the Ice Cave with their f****** cars or if the natives slaughter one of their pigs.

Hi David,

I like the idea you wanted to share with your photo.
Unfortunately the dungheap in the foreground doesn't belong in this picture. Therefore I did some changes to your photo and posted them as a workshop.
