[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The tubes in this photo are one of the first indicators that this part of the historical center of Bucharest is going to be renovated soon. This wide open space in the very center of the old city has been unused for decades, the buildings on it had been removed for some reason long time ago, and in the past years I´ve seen garages on it, some terrible, slum-like sheds where some of the poorest people have been living in, BBQ-parties, etc. Now some kind of concept to use it in the right manner seems to have been developed.
