Photographer’s Note

These are Easter eggs. My Easter eggs. I have just painted them. Then I've photographed them. Just next to them, you can see the paint cans and the spoons.
In Romania and other Orthodox countries, Easter is celebrated this year on the 27th of April.

So beautiful image Andreea...and so nice idea to composed in this way.I enjoy it very much.I can't wait to eat the first red egg in almost two hours from now:)

Hello, Andreea!
Your photo made me smile. The typical scenery after all eggs are coloured and taken out of the tins. :) Also a proof that egg painting looks the same no matter the country. These old tins and the old newspapers seem to be mandatory :) I also like the composition of the photo!

a nice shot very well composed.
Also in Italy there is tradition to paint eggs in Easter.

Great and informative capture. Good pov and nice compo; colorfull and perfect sharpness.
Since I damaged a nice tablecloth, my wife doese not allow me to paint easter eggs at home !

Feels like in Poland, only the newspapers are in different language and I usually use glass to fill with the paint ;-)

nice shot of the colorful Easter eggs that are common on all Orthodoxes.The same custom have in Greece that in Good Friday women paint eggs for Easter.Well done.

Yes,
The shot is not only colourful, but also intersting...........informative.
