and this is the Vidraru Dam, in the Fagaras mountains....
and to be more explicit, when you took the photo you were facing North (and beyond the mountains it's Transylvania); somewhere behind you, on a mountain peak, is the Poenari fortress, on the right is the monument of Electricity and on the left the tunnel through which you arrived at the Dam...
