Photographer’s Note
Shadows play but for an invisible audience, not on a screen ,but on the floor :)
My sister Anes said that this image is funny
If it is or not you can say :)
My shadow is also a paparazzi observing an young couple in a tower of an old castle

Hello Isabela,
very well seen, the compo of these shadows is perfect, also the monochrome tones suit it very well, as well as the square format...well done!
Take care, Ivana

Hello Isabela,
Very beautiful photo, with a lot of poetry. It let me think to a modern version of Michel Ocelot's movies such as "Azur et Asmar" with this almost oriental pic. I would perhaps have cropped the right part as we imagine that the person is on the phone and that it breaks a bit the poetry to me ;)

Czy zostan± cienie? Ciekawe, refleksyjne zdjêcie. Kolumny i ³uki to jakby posmak czasu.

Hello Isabela,
Your sister is right! (always?) ;-)
This image is very original and it makes me think to a theater performance. What I like is that our own imagination can invent whatever story around this...
The composition with the square format and the columns is very well though.
Have a nice day.
Best regards, Christian

Buna Isabela!
Sunt culorile originale sau ai bagat putin galben? In orice caz, arata interesant. E si un semi-autoportret, nu?
Apropo, cuplul nu pare prea fericit.
Numai bine

Hi Isabel,
I like this play of shadows. I can see the funny element in the exaggerations of the shadows. The almost square format works really well here.

i isa,
this is a nice play with shadows... what is very important in this photo - that monochromatic-like tonality...
best, j.

Greetings, Isabela,
3 arches, 3 people, 3 rows of cement sidewalk. No I don't find this funny, personally. I find it pensive, thought-provoking. It's an exercise in understatement that I very much appreciate.
The one angled line in the pavement plus the inviting texture in the cement make this image complete.
How on earth did you get the center of the sidewalk's foreground shadow to glow brighter than the rest of the shadows like that? It's a mesmerizing effect. Looks like a sepia ink wash painting.
TFS!
Warmly,
Rachel
