Photographer’s Note
At some point, while living in Iasi, a friend and I discovered this beautiful cemetery. It was just beautiful with some of the most unique tombstones I have ever seen and very peaceful. On this day, we were walking through just taking in its ambience when I noticed these two gypsy kids who seemed to appreciate the artwork as I did...except with maybe a more hands on approach. On a completely different note, I have to say that one cool travel experience was reading Dracula in this Romanian cemetery! Talk about getting the heebie jeebies!

Hello Sheri
This is a lovely image. Some of these old cemeteries are as good as art galleries. The children seem fascinated by the sculpture. The dark tombstone makes a good background for the head. It is a pity about the overexposure of the background, but the black and white is definitely the right choice here.
I hope you had garlic with you when sitting here reading Dracula!
