Monica fait son fromage dans la bergerie, elle élève des chèvres et dès le mois de mai, elle vit à la bergerie jusqu'à la fin de l'été.

Ah du fromage ca me parle bien ca, surtout le chevre, meme si ici il est apparemment encore un peu frais pour moi qui les aime bien affines, joli scan et maintenant pour aller avec ca, prochaine photo les vendanges ;-)

sympa cette histoire qui se dessine derrière cette photo... et ces vieilles traditions qui veulent que les bergers / bergères passent l'été en haut sur la montagne...

en revanche, c'est quoi ce trait blanc qui descend du fromage? ca coule ou une trace non effacée sur ton nég? dommage ça nuit à la qualité finale de la photo;-(

Cordial congratulations to your 600th !
I expect you to send you 700th entry from a romanian winecellar !!
This shot is simple, but very nice seen and composed and a very good evidence of "homsize dairy" . Which was very common in central Europe but unfortunaetely disappears very quickly. For shure, this hommade cheese is much more tastfull as many other industrial products, withou any identity !

Hi Francine. It's a pity that you had to use flash here. Flash, almost always ruins a picture because it flattens the modeling of the light. here it is disastrous because, those heavy dark shadows destroy the pictorial quality of the image. The cheese is burnt out with over-exposure and defined by a strong, dark shadow. The same it true of the figure of Monica. The composition seems confused and ill thought out and no part of the image looks well exposed. You have made so many lovely images, I am at a loss to know why you uploaded this one. regards kevin

600 photos postées ! ...à mon avis j'ai pas tout vu, et pour fêter ça tu nous mets une photo faite en 1991 !!! tu veux nous montrer que toi et la Roumanie...c'est une longue histoire d'amour ! une photo reportage sur la vie quotidienne de Monica ! je suis certaine que tu as du en manger de ce fromage, fabrication artisanale, mais je ne comprends pas qu'elle ne récupère pas ce petit lait qui s'égoutte ...à moins qu'il y ait quelque chose au sol que l'on ne voit pas -
Je te souhaite, chère Francine, de continuer à nous gâter par tes postes tant appréciés.
