Photographer’s Note
Save Vama Veche started in July 2003 as a peaceful protest movement armed with rock music, intelligence, and common sense and aimed at protecting the Vama Veche - 2 Mai - Limanu - Hagieni area against the chaotic development catastrophe. The industrial tourism threatened to extinct the traditional culture and liberties of some tourists who couldn’t find their place anywhere anymore.
