A Different Point of View Photo

Photographer’s Note

About a year and a half ago, returning home after several years spent overseas I decided to do something I had wanted to do even before I entered this temporary exile that keeps me away from home lately: visit some of the places where I had spent my early years. Railroads were an important part of my childhood and so they got an honor seat when I finally retraced my steps.

Now that Iulian Alex (nemesiss) has started his "Trains" series, I'm going to hop in with a few railroad shots of my own. Most of the shots I took have a personal meaning to me but I'm only going to post a few photos that bring what I believe to be some sort of different point of view.

This rail level shot was taken in the (still existing) railroad station of Dedulesti.

For nostalgic railroad photographers, rail shot at level makes interesting and unusual pictures. For your eyes only, I shot a similar one here, somewhere else in North America.

buna compozitia ,si POV_ul este intradevar special!imi place super mult cum se vede linia din mijloc care duce parca la nesfarsit!!

Buna Iulian,
Cred ca mi-ar fi placut mai mult daca liniile de perspectiva duceau spre stinga sau dreapta si nu drept inainte. Sau cu un tilt care sa aduca un plus de dinamism.
