Nicely composed Gal.
The soft body language of the old man seems to have litel impact on the young chaps.
They seem to be listening......but not acting upn his advice.

The lines of nets oozing out the frame...
The greeting arm leaning towards the friends...
And the sepia tint in this soft B&W is marvelous.

Sem dúvida que este é o único caminho, o de ser alguém e ter uma obra bonita. Esta demonstração de trabalho árduo foi muito bem captada e a apresentação em B&W integra-se bem no espírito português. Mas, eu gostava mesmo de ver o horizonte direito.

Nice black and white with good detail!
Some interesting characters here. At first I thought it was a pity that you cut off one man to the left, but it grew on me when looking at the composition a bit longer. Nice one.

Is this a moment of self-identity questioning going on?
(rethoric question). Anyway, I suppose it's always good to be closer to home, if not at home, from time to time, to do that nesessary annual calculation...
Funny how new kids on the block never pay enough attention... as if their concentration (focusing) treshold is getting lower and lower. And then they need a strong voice of authority to show them the right way, to point them in a right direction, as it seems to be case here.

Olá Gal! Ainda não foi desta que nos encontrámos. Recebi a mensagem do Fred, mas depois nunca mais me lembrei. Tenho andado atolado de trabalho, tão atolado que a minha memória foi-se... Detesto estar tão stressado. Pelos vistos voltaste à Caparica... Talvez para adicionar ainda mais fotos ao teu projecto. Eu gosto da pose do sujeito principal. Realmente ele parece estar a indicar o ritmo, a direcção, a declamar o poema. O teu p&b é excelente, como sempre.
