| Levada Caldeirao Verde - this is one of the most spectacular levadas on Madeira. You walk through jungle-like evergreen vegetation, impressive gorges, cross imposing watterfalls and elegant bridge. Vertiginous sections are well-protected with wire cables and due to dense green growth at the side of the paths most precipitous places do not apper too hard. There is darkness even during bright days; to make picture without tripod is immpossible; this picture was done by 10sec exposition, F-stop 7,1 |
