Brilliant, funny shot, Ricardo!

The two couples really belong to different dimensions... and you caught the guy on the left looking at the weird couple in amazement... all this with a great background...

I love that fiery red on her hair... I have to try that some day... :-)

This is a very striking photo, Ricardo and you are right. It does look like alternate dimensions. The black of their clothing and the bright red hair make a great contrast to the other colors of your photo. I especially like the contrast in the couples. Very well composed to show this. Kind regrds,

Olá Ricardo,
Bela imagem, as cores estão muito boas e a composição cuidada. Gosto especialmente da dualidade entre estes dois casais, que parecem tão diferentes mas acabam por estar a fazer exactamente a mesma coisa no mesmo momento. É também engraçado o facto de apenas se ver as caras dos homens, enquanto o da dta parece mais seguro de si o da esquerda parece meio surpreendido com o casal que se aproxima.

Olá Ricardo,
yo no me atrevo a tomar estos planos "robados", aunque elobjeto sea tan pintoresco como esta pareja con sus vestidos "distintos". Tienen su propio estilo, no hay duda.
Lo que me gusta de tu encuadre, es que no sólo captas esta pareja especial, sino que captas también la presencia de una pareja más convencional, con lo que el contraste entre ambas está asegurado.
Y todo eso con el bello paisaje del Tajo al fondo, una buena iluminación, y colores perfectos. La nota añade más interés a este trabajo.

Excellent capture, very well seen! It's a really funny contrast you found here between these couples, but maybe the similarities are even more interesting. They go both hand in hand and the men both look to the right. The light conditions are very nice and the girl's orange hair is a fine contrast to the blueish surroundings. Good work!

Bem visto, sim senhor. Li que fostes inspirar-te em Superman, mas acho que o teu título é demasiado forte para este caso.
Mas não deixa de ser altamente contrastante. Mas dá de certo modo a impressão que o rapaz à esquerda estará com curiosidade pela dimensão do lado direito. Será que ele já está farto da normalidadezinha e gostaria de experimentar novidades? :-)
Naturalmente, esta faz-me lembrar as minhas velhotas na Festa do Avante. Mas as velhotas (deve ser da idade) tiveram lata de enfrentar os "bizarros" de frente e até dialogar com eles. Bom, aqui o rapaz à esquerda está muito limitado pelas circunstâncias ;-)

The funniest thing about this shot is the expression on the face of the guy on the left as he checks the other couple out. I love how the light is catching the girl's red hair, while most of the rest is in the shade.
You are getting brave. Your next challenge is to capture a couple like this from the front ;D

This is absolutely excellent and so is your title! These two couples really do seem to come from two different worlds and I love the way you've captured them, espcially with the guy on the left looking at the two others in a strange way. The sun on the woman's red hair is also an eye-catcher.

Para ser franco, gosto muito mais da outra vista a que fazes referência.
Quanto a esta, não sabia que também temos figuras destas no nosso país. Ou serão estranjeiros em férias?!!! O que acho curioso é que talvez ainda não estejamos acostumados a ver estas coisas. Pelo menos assim o demonstra o tipo do outro casal. Parece até muito concentrado na observação directa dos ET's que tinha por perto. Enfim, cada um é como é!

That place looks like to be a meeting point for the lovers and in here you caught 2 couple with different styles :) i like the light caught in the dyed hair which contrast nicely with her black dress. The view is very pleasant and the framing is nice.

with two children in this age I am not too far from that. It is only another direction of being like their own I got from them. Nice capture and the juxtaposition to the other couple made the special touch.

De frente, eu gostava de ver esta imagem de frente... Mas a interacção entre os dois cabeças de casal ;) talvez não fosse a mesma... Mas para mim perde muito por não se de frente. Eu não gosto muito destas vistas por trás... Fico sempre a imaginar como será a cara da menina do cabelo vermelho. Digamos que não está mal... :)

Hi Ric, esta foi a cereja no topo do bolo do nosso passeio....estranhas criaturas. O ar de admiração do homem "dito normal" da esquerda está "priceless". Gosto muito do contraste entre os dois tipos de casais. Fiquei com a ideia que tinhas conseguido captar estes "freaks" de frente. No entanto tenho registos deles de lado enquanto conversavam à beira rio. Ver se mais logo posto um WS com essa situação.

Well captured! I like the way the bizarre couple is arriving to the place and is a surprise for the man in left. In that moment, both men are looking to the right (maybe for same and other reasons) and women looking in front focused in the pleasent view that is River Tagus! :) Keep going, very nice job!

Interessante a idéia de reunir casais tão distintos na mesma imagem, apesar de serem tão diferentes ambos curtem o mesmo programa, um passeio no fim de tarde (acredito que seja pelas sombras) as margens do Tejo.

Olá Ricardo,
Genial! É mesmo daquelas que me faz ter saudades dos tempos em que para mim Fotografia era quase só tentar apanhar estas situações!
A simples inclusão na mesma foto destes dois casais tão diferentes era um excelente motivo para uma foto, mas além disso, conseguiste aquele jogo de olhares dos homens, uma compo equilibrada visualmente e ainda um jogo de luzes e sombras (o casal bizarro está muito mais ao sol que o outro mais convencional, que está completamente à sombra. Há ainda a sensação engraçada de que afinal ambos os casais têm pelo menos uma coisa em comum: o prazer em disfrutar um passeio numa tarde ensolarada de domingo à beira rio... :-)

Grandes 'freaks' que nos mostras aqui. Curioso é que têm um ar muito sereno e tranquilo passeando-se junto ao rio indiferentes ao que os rodeia. Já o mesmo não se poderá dizer do rapaz à esquerda que ficou meio embasbacado a olhar para eles.
Bom momento decisivo não só por este casal 'muito à frebte' que nos mostras mas acima de tudo pela expressão tipica daqueles que têm um pouco de resistência à diferença e ficam simplesmente 'parvos' a olhar para eles.

I like the face of the other guy, is has a face of ("!!what a hell!!")
Nice I like the color of her hair and the contrasting with the black of her clothes, this people atract so much the attention and the other couple get minimized by this people, I like the pole too, match witht their clothes and the freame, even is scratch.
