Photographer’s Note

A wonderful beach in the south of Portugal ! The Atlantic Ocean is rough and the water is mostly churning, but i love it ! The beach was so quiet and empty it ws fantastic.

Such a pitty that a picture like this did not get points yet. I find the perspective superb and the ambience also.

Very good perspective and good placing of the cliffs. The overcast sky works here great with the mood of the picture.
Really good shot.
The sky seems a bit noisy, but you can clean this by postprocessing.

Excellent compo and POV, I like the texture of the wet beach, the foamy grey sea and the foggy rocks. But what makes the photo an impressive one are the two small people, which make us conscious of the vast, majestic character of the landscape...

Hello Daniel,
An attractive beach image where the two small persons really give scale to the scenery!
Colours are muted as they should be in this atmosphere, well composed presentation with fine details!
