[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was my last shot in Portugal in the sixth day of my travel to Lusitania.
Altough we were going to have dinner with friends in Portugal I was carrying my tripod. This fact gives an idea of which were my intentions for this trip: take photos and more photos.
I am not sure if the settings of the camere were the best. I closed the diaphragm because I thought that a long exposition could help to catch more colors of the lights, but that long exposure caused some movement blur on the water surface.
I wanted anyway to post this picture as a kind of farewell to Portugal. A beautiful country, with kind people and lovely weather. So close to Spain, so similar and even though so different.

Hi, Clemente
I'm also an amatteur in the matters of photography...but I like what I see and to me you acchieved very good collors and wonderful lights in the houses...
congratulations
Rui

Hola Clemente,
Regalos,
Miguel

Hello Clemente,
One thing I look for in night exposures is details in the highlights. This posting shows excellent details in the shadows as well, and the f18 stop has made the lights star shaped. I see you sacrificed with a a long shutter speed which make the moving boats blurred. I would have to say I like it this way though. It adds an interestin effect to the scene.

merhaba clemente
beautiful night and lights.beautiful colours and reflection.well done.
best regards.

Even that movement on the water surface is really nice! It seems like everything in life are moving so fast that at the end they blur, but buildings (I believe that this is some historical monument!) they stay as the time pass by, reminding always of an other time and life...

I like this picture very much!

keep going!
