Óbidos is a beautiful village enclosured by walls that keep is medieval look. The houses are painted in white with some color details and usualy have flowers on the balcony.

This is the picture I like to take during my travelling.
Different architecture reflects different culture of the place.
In the place I live, we usully have high rise buildings around. They blocked the sight and air movement. I live in Hong Kong. Thank you for sharing.

Hello Aida,

Obidos is my favorite town in Portugal. You have captured the feeling of actually being there. I can almost smell the flowers! I also photographed the same door but at a differnt angle. I like the way you have captured the stairs leading the viewer up to the blue door. The colors in Obidos are amazing - it is like living in a fairytale.

Hello Aida,
Obidos is one of the most beautiful city of Portugal, and I find in this photograph, all the colors of Portugal which I like, the white of the walls, the blue of the sky and the bougainvilleas which goes up along the frontages.
Very beautiful composition, abraço, Armandino.
