Photographer’s Note

This is a Monastery, not far from where I live.
It was built arround the XI century and, on the XIV century, it was adapted as a fortress from where many catholic chavaliers set off to fight the Cruzades. It´s construction is so sturdy, that even having been in the middle of many fights and battles, it was never re-built, keeping it's original aspect.
I took 3 wide angle photos, that I "glued" together "by hand" in photoshop 7. I don´t use panorama software since Photoshop standard tools give me a lot more control over the final result.
The image was colour corrected and cleaned.
