Photographer's Note

This is another contribution to illustrate a typical Portuguese urban architecture... these six windows are wide open on one of the central but quiet places of Braga...not far away from the famous cafe "A Brasileira".
The main stone material in the Northern halve of Portugal is a grey granite. An extremely resistant stone... and I always wonder how man has managed to carve such a material. One of the most impressive examples being certainly the main Stock Exchange of Porto.
