[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Carrasqueira, near Sado river, is an unique place due to its dock, which is supported by hundreds of vertical wooden sticks - palafits.

It all began 30 years ago with just a couple of palafits and wooden bars, but over the years it trasformed itself in a giant - and unstable - structure, as every new fisherman added more palafits to the original ones.

The site is amazing, especialy at sunset, providing beuatiful views over Sado river.

Great shot, the clarity is just amazing of the blue water and the boardwalk. Bit of a shame about the size :(

Interesting point of view and composition, the angular deformation is quite attractive as well. Nice and delicate lightning and colour saturation.

Joel, tens-te enganado nos últimos posts e feito upload dos thumbs em vez das fotos... No que diz respeito a esta não gosto muito do facto do topo do poste estar mais escuro do que a parte inferior. Acho que resultava melhor doutra forma... As cores do passadiço e do rio estão excelentes.

The composition is simple and effective, as well as the colours. I wonder what lens have you used, that made, along with the bold composition, that distorted but attractive perspective.

That blue tone in the sky and water is banging my head. Was it taken in the sunset? The sunrise? Was a coloured half ND?

I see I keep beeing surprised by you good work...Parabéns.

gosto muito desta tua fotografia, especialmente por teres conseguido criar uma imagem tão apetecível de algo que, à partida, não tem nada de incomum...

e o azul da água... muito bom.

Só mesmo o Luis ;-P para encontrar um defeito... se bem que, depois de ele o apontar, consigo ver que talvez ficasse melhor se o poste estivesse igualmente exposto... embora eu não saiba como fazer isso :-D
