... or mother and daugther. Which is the gender of a tower?
This picture is not a great one, especially compared with photos of some of our Portuguese friends which work I admire so much, but I wanted to show something that catched my attention.
To explain it, I copied the text on a plate there and I repeat it for you:

'The "Torre de Belem" was built by order of the, then, King Dom Manuel I between 1514 and 1520. It was built in the "Manueline" style... in homage to Saint Vincent and its purpose was to defend the Tagus' banks. In 1983, UNESCO classified it as a World Heritage site.
A 1:50 scale Model of the "Torre de Belem" designed to aid people with visual difficulties, and all others, appreciate the tower.

Good catch of this unexpected pair of towers.

Small improvement of contrast for next time.

All the best,

Emmanuel

Hi Clemente,
Great surprise to see you here again. Great double portrait of this castle. I think the Danes among us will hope the blue version is of LEGO pieces.

Paco

Hej Clemente,
Great shot of this famous tower and the smaller version in front is great. Well composed, you only maybe could have cropped a bit more of the sky. But good work!
Hilsner,
Lars

Buen trabajo.
