Mild Subtropical Islet Views 1
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Just like in the tropics, the combination of best climate and islet views is the key to locate the most exclusive mile in the subtropics.
Let's have a look at the northern hemisphere first.
There are lots of islets in the eastern and central mediterranean but hardly any along the more oceanic coasts with temperature ranges below 12°C.
This area includes the coasts of Morocco, Portugal and Spain west from Malaga as well as the Southern California and Baja coasts in the Pacific Ocean.
---- Islet 1
With 8°C monthly and 6°C daily ranges and smaller sum of heating and cooling degrees than any continent's coast, the climate is one of the mildest in the world.
Eastern exposure like in Lanikai,Kailua but in these latitudes a south exposure would be better.
Unlike the Mokes, there's no other islet nearby with a beach.
On the other hand, for whites, unlike in Kailua, the frontline here isn't rapidly eroding yet. |

Hi Francis.
Excelent POV. It's great how the rock "breaks" the picture on the sea. It's great.
Good job.
Regards, Oscar

Very nice color of the sea.
Cheers
