Photographer’s Note
I took this picture in Lisbon but I couldn't remember the name of the place. Moorish Citadel, my guess, but I am not sure. Anyway, what I can remember is that this is a Catholic church now.

Very nice composition. Too bad you don't remember the name of the guy since, as your photo demonstrates, he seemed to have been quite important!
You made a wonderful play with the lights in adverse conditions, congratulations!

Too bad you don't remember where this is and inform us on this tomb. I like the light coming from the window falling on this tomb as well as the nice details of the architecture which you succeeded in capturing quite well.
I would remove the electric light on the wall, but maybe some would find this "cheating".

nice picture again, karin. I like the play of shadows and light here. I also like that the red and green ribbon on the man is the only colorful thing here.

I believe this is in Jerónimo Monastery (in Belém), and this is the tomb of Luis de Camões, considerend to be the prince of poets.
I really like the way the details on this photo are almost guessed due to the darkness. Good sharpness.

If instead of a man there was a girl, this shot would be a perfect illustration to Sleeping Beauty.
And what a ceiling!
