Hi Kev. This seems to come out straight from Alien. Doesn't look very apetizing, but I recognize here some of the sea food stalls we usually come across in Lisbon, which is by the way my city of birth. I like your compo and the strange type of "horror" atmosphere that was created.

This is a nice and funny shot, but, but it doesn't lmakes me want to have it for dinner..
I on't like it very much, as a still life it's ok..

I really like the colors and the grain in this capture,Kev!
But they make this kind of seafood look a little bit unfresh.

I picked this shot out of your posted set because I couldn't work it out from the thumbnail and was intrigued. And it was worth having a look.

The shapes in this composition work well and the combination of strange light effects and textures creates a feeling of mystery, especially since you can't quite work out what you can see behind the tentacles. The other comment of a 'horror' feel is very appropriate.
The grain and 'smoked' colours are just right for the mood. Did you enhance them in PP or was this what the camera saw?

Interesting textures and idea and I like the patchy light looks as thoe it has been edited but not.

Wow this is really good! it looks so much like underwaterworld, there being hardly no visual reference to the place those animals really lay. You know, it actually looks like a cavern with stalactites and uneven contours, a little weird and freaky. Very good (i know I just said it but this is conviction)

nice combination of objects, good lighting, nice POV. Only drawback are the reflections that blur the view on some details and look somewhat out of place... But I admit that it sometimes can be absolutely impossible to make
