Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken on a nice hot day last July while I was strolling through the Alfama district of Lisbon. The sign is advertising a Fado performance, the soulful folk music that originated in this old district of Lisbon. The man in the doorway was busy setting up tables for the evening's customers.
This photo really makes me crave July!
