From any upper part of Lisbon you can see the Tagus river between the buildings, where the narrow streets begin to go down.
After forming the border it enters Portugal, passing Vila Velha de Ródão, Abrantes, Constância, Entroncamento, Santarém and Vila Franca de Xira at the head of the long narrow estuary, which has Lisbon at its mouth. The estuary is protected by the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve. There is the largest bridge across the river, the Vasco da Gama Bridge, which with a total length of 17.2 km (10.7 mi) is the longest bridge in Europe.

Encore un de tes fameux cadrages verticaux. Joli débouché sur le Tage et belle exploitation de cette lanterne.

une très belle tranche verticale de Lisbon, couleur, lumière et ombres donnent du caractère à ta photo.

This is a very nice shot of charming narrow street of the town. I like the POV with the light as you main subject and the peek a boo view of the sea and sky between the two walls. Beautiful color and nice composition with the extra tall vertical format.

even with sky in the shot you know how to make it look skinny and narrow!
gotta love that classic old light and iron work that goes along with it.
fun and clever shot.

A perfectly framed on the River Tagus. The lamp makes a good focal point and gives the image depth. I like the light and colours.

Une belle photo d'atmosphère avec un petit côté artistique très intéressant.Un lampadaire dans le ciel gris, pas si facile que cela d'en tirer quelque chose d'aussi intéressant.

a less is more study this. Beautifully simple but effective and arty. I would have cloned out the TV antenna but that is me just being picky and OCD :-). Captured and presented gloriously.

I really like this composition, with the two opposing walls and lamp against the sky is a perfect complement, magnified perspective view of Tagus in the distance.
Very good lighting and perfect sharpness for details.
Have a good evening.

beautiful and having kind of dreamy mood scene.I really like the combination of Lisbon´s architecture,so stylish street lamp and the view of Tagus in the distance. And of course your tight, vertical frame makes the presentation even more captivating and expressive in its perception.

Great ideas, I like the simplicity of the composition and shooting angle on the narrow space with the antique street lamp as strong focal in between the old charming buildings. Marvelous pastel colors and splendid contrast achieved. Well done, Congrats.
