L'Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição , à Ferragudo .
L'église paroissiale date du 16è siècle , mais comme tous les édifices de la région , elle fut reconstruite après le grand tremblement de terre de 1755 . Située au sommet de la colline où est établi le village , on a depuis son parvis une vue magnifique sur l'estuaire du Rio Arade et sur la ville de Portimao sur l'autre rive .
Si ses façacdes mériteraient un ravalement , l'intérieur est quant à lui de toute beauté , avec d'intéressants ex-votos , de beaux azulejos , un statuaire du 17è et 18è siècle .
On remarque à droite sur le mur la figure de Baden-Powel .

a sublime composition and execution make this such a spellbinding image. You have captured the atmosphere and age old beauty of this church perfectly. It looks so attractive in this light and against the blue and white heavens. Glorious!

Une belle église ancienne au pastel, couleurs claires, montré sur le fond d'intérêt, un ciel nuageux. Paisible, endroit tranquille pour méditer sur l'humeur de l'homme. Excellente qualité d'image.

Bonjour Denis,

J'aime beaucoup la construction de cette image. L'église nous offre une belle diagonale ce qui donne de la profondeur à l'ensemble. Le ciel nuageux ajoute du caractère.

I like how you composed the image, you chose a nice POV and well managed the light, the church is beautiful, the birds in the sky (probably seagulls) are a great bonus and the cloudy sky another great protagonist...

Another beautiful photo of Portugal! And you got a very good composition with this southern church, the birds flying and the graffiti representing Baden Powel is a nice detail! Good sharpness, colours and a magnificent sky!
