Photographer’s Note

A Christmas tree with 62 meters of height, and the organization assures to be the greater of Europe.The structure is at the gardens of the Praça do Império in Belém, and inaugurated on the 20th of November.
This Christmas tree weighs 167 tons ,the structure is 62 metres (203 ft)high ,as tall as a twenty-storeyed building.
The tree is illuminated by two million lamps, 22 thousand metres (72 thousand ft) of luminous hose and 320 metres (1050 ft) of neon lights.

Nice night shot. Very very beautiful.
I like the shades that the sprinkling water makes. Probably more than the tree itself.

Very fine contrast between the fountains sweeping line in soft motion blur and the hard and straight lined tree. I just wish to clone out the lights in the lower right.

Maravilhosa foto. Parece ter sido feita com uma exposição mais longa, tal o aspecto "sólido" da água.

hi. nice photo. well done. Did you know that similar tree is in the middle of Warsaw in Poland? It was made by brazilian and portugeese workers. looks the same. cheers!!!
