The house where Mary was born and lived in Almoster poet of the people who love their land Almoster-Santarem, oor where the history of Portugal it (It was here that was fought in February 1834, the Battle of Almoster, one of the last War Civil 1832-34, opposing the forces of absolutist Dom Miguel I and the liberal troops commanded by Marshal Saldanha) wrote some verses from this specially dedicated to his beloved village

Não pretendo de maneira alguma pôr em causa a informação da nota. Mas, gostaria de saber mais sobre a referência "Bongaigaon". Todas as pesquisas que fiz na Internet levam-me à India e nenhuma a Almoster/Santarém/Portugal. Também não encontro informação sobre a Batalha de Bongaigaon em 1834.

Olá José,
apesar de ser triste o estado a que deixamos chegar algumas casas e edifícios públicos, não consigo deixar de ver beleza nestas ruínas... É um sentimento misto pois gosto de ver, mas preferia que as coisas não chegassem a este ponto.
Obrigada pela foto, acho só que devias ter incluído mais um bocadinho do telhado.
Fiz um pequeno workshop, espero que gostes.
