Photographer’s Note
The road to the hell... seems to me! This is the road to the bad boys and girls... ;)
I hope you like (...and if not, advice me!) one of my road photos experience!
Spoony.

When we saw a road, it can be only you ;) and here it's a really great shot! Composition and color of the sky is wonderful Bravo!

Nice sky qnd perspective.
I would cut the lower part a bit, in order to have the middle or left line beginning in the corner.
If you choose the middle, you would see the end of the longer right one; if you chooe the left, the right line would be also cutte (hope you understand?)

I agree with Rockboy, a Spoony - Shot. Well composed with the nice road happily adding perspective and curves. Yes the background implies that it's a good idea to follow this road in the other direction. Well done.

Hi Carlos, you took the photo from a good position, the trees and the perspective of the road are excellent. I like the colours here, the hazy light creates a nice atmosphere too.
Thanksfor sharing.

Thsi is nice too Carlos. The road lead us in to the picture very well...so, is this the road to my haunted house then ;)
The sky is a litle bit burnt out. What shutter speed did you use? I can see that you used a rather large aparature, i think you could use a 4.5 aparature and keep the same shutter speed, as an experiment. It is possible that the road would become a litle bit to dark, but you would have more coverage in the sky. Since your aparature is so big i would play with that rather then teh shutter speed. It will also give you a greather DoF as you want the whole pictire to be sharp. I like it as is, only passing along what i learn during my night shot sessions ;)

Good angle to shoot, good cropping and DoF to my taste Carlos. The silhouttes of the trees in front of the wonderful colored sky look beautiful. The only point I'm not agree with you is that ending point of the road..)))
well done and thanks for sharing...

Good entry into your road series, Carlos. The uphill shooting angle is effectively chosen here, and the tree silhouettes make for an imposing sight against the beautiful and dramatic sky. The color setting gives the impression of the road leading "into the fire", which makes your choice of title quite fitting.

Well Carlos if this is leading to hell.. wow that is not so good..
Still a nice lead, a fine slope in the road, nice perspective and well included details. The tree at left very effectful. Good job

Quite a different style of 'road shot' here, Carlos. The sun setting behind the trees really does look like a fire. Great colours. I like how the road tends to curve towards the 'fire' Well seen.

Your road shots are really neat, Carlos. They have their own moods. This one has a nice one of sheer speed. Your point of view with the broken right line and the perspective coming down to good points really gives a streaking sort of feel as one flies along down the road. The use of the slight curves of the road also enhances this feel. But what finally does it is the sunset and driving off into the sunset which does not look like hell to me at all but one of sheer energy. Well done.

That song by Chris Rea is one of my favorites, and your shot does credit to it. I am quite fascinated by your recent obsession with roads. Normally I would have said there is too much actual road in these shots, but I feel that is your message, and I have come to appreciate it. And also empty roads is quite unusual. Normally, when we complain about roads we think of the cars - you show the road as a thing on its own.

A dramatic title of this nice looking note - but as your note explain theres something bad at the end ;-))
The soft pink sky and the silhouettes trees works excellent together - thanks Carlos for letting us see this fine work.

Perspectiva excelente, profundidade e enquadramento bom. Eu suponho que o céu impetuoso deu o título.
